Dimmer Switch
If you want to use a dimming function, you will need to replace your dimmer control panel. You’ll also need to make sure a professional electrician does the wiring for you. Wiring for LED bulb dimmers is tricky and some do-it-yourselfers will find themselves tangled in a mess of wires wondering what went wrong and how to fix it.

Recessed Lights
LEDs work beautifully in recessed lights as long as you use bulbs designed for enclosed spaces. The reason? LEDs burn coolly because they dissipate the heat into their base. If the base is too tightly enclosed, the heat will stay inside the bulb and potentially weaken it over time.
