In collaboration with KM Digital, Southern Electrical was key in transforming the historic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant into their new KM Digital HQ. This
comprehensive renovation required us to overhaul the building's electrical system entirely, ensuring it met modern standards. Our work included the
installation of all-new electrical infrastructure and a 600 amp service to support multiple offices, a full studio, HVAC systems, and all appliances. Additionally, we
designed and implemented custom lighting solutions both inside and out, highlighting the building's architectural features while providing functional, aesthetic
lighting for the new spaces. This project was a testament to our ability to merge historical preservation with contemporary needs, delivering a state-of-the-art
facility that pays homage to its origins.
